Message to the CapU community on the Lapu Lapu Festival
Capilano University extends its condolences to all who have been impacted by yesterday’s tragedy at the Lapu Lapu festival in Vancouver. As we learn more about the tragedy in the days ahead, we extend our heartfelt thoughts to all those affected and reaffirm CapU’s commitment to compassion, care and community.
There are supports available for students and employees who may need additional assistance during this time. Resources are available for students via Student Services including 24/7 support, counselling services, and mental health resources. Employee resources are available via Frontlines, CapU's Intranet.
