Guided by input from the University community, a presidential candidate profile is being created with the desired attributes for our next president. The profile is intended to highlight CapU and define the ideal candidate for the role. Input is being gathered through various methods such as town hall discussions, community meetings, one-on-ones and feedback surveys. This is a significant phase of the search process and one that we encourage all CapU community members to engage in.
Once complete, this profile will be posted on CapU's careers and Boyden executive search.
The President Search Committee is established by the Board of Governors to conduct the search procedure and identify candidate(s) to be recommended to the Board.
