Welcome Guide for International Students

Access your Welcome Guide for New International Students on eLearn for everything you need to start at CapU!

Log in to eLearn and find the guide in your dashboard. Don't forget your CapU login and password!

Upload your study permit or port of entry letter of approval to the drop box as soon as you receive it.

You will be enrolled in and should review two eLearn modules before arriving on campus:

  • Welcome Guide for International Students
  • Pre-Orientation Module for all new students

Sign Up for a Student Mentor

Sign up to be paired with one of our student mentors from the International Leadership & Mentorship Program (ILMP)! They're trained to guide you through your first term at CapU.

Mentors give tips for success, help you access student services, and will invite you to fun events to make new friends.

It's free! All new international students are encouraged to participate for a smooth transition.

Submit the "Request a Mentor" application and watch your myCapU email for next steps. Summer 2025 Request a Mentor Applications are available from March 3 to May 15, 2025.
